You will manage documents, medical records, and deadlines while maintaining client communication with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience as a legal assistant or in personal injury law preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers and attorneys with gathering and organizing case documents.
• Maintain accurate case files, both physical and electronic.
• Prepare correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and collect documentation.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between clients and team.
• Input data into case management software.
• Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and faxes.
• Provide general administrative support to the pre-litigation team.
