Farah & Farah in Orlando is seeking a Pre-Suit Legal Assistant to support case managers and attorneys from intake to resolution. This in-office role emphasizes organization, communication, and attention to detail to deliver timely case handling and a positive client experience.

You will gather medical records, coordinate with providers, maintain files, and prepare pleadings, while managing deadlines and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; related degree preferred.
• Experience as a legal assistant, preferably in personal injury.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers and attorneys with gathering and organizing case documents.
• Maintain accurate case files in physical and electronic form.
• Prepare pleadings and other legal documents as directed.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate with clients and schedule meetings.
• Manage medical records and bills and coordinate with providers.
• Open new case files and input data into the system.
• Answer phones and route calls as appropriate.
