Farah & Farah is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney in the Georgia/Florida region to gather documents, negotiate settlements, and draft demand letters as part of a collaborative team. You will manage a full caseload and supervise a legal assistant while maintaining open client communication.

Responsibilities include case investigations, verifying insurance, coordinating medical care, scheduling appointments, and organizing files for demand writers to support favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar in good standing required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate cases with insurance companies.
• Open new files and establish initial client contact with ongoing communication.
• Draft demand letters and facilitate negotiations with team support.
• Enter data into the ATO database and conduct thorough case investigations.
• Oversee client medical care and coordinate with medical professionals.
• Schedule medical appointments and explain procedures to clients.
• Maintain regular client updates and monitor case status.
• Supervise a dedicated full-time legal assistant and organize case files for demand writers.
