Farah & Farah seeks an experienced Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of case work. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, accurate document handling, and coordination with clients, medical professionals, and experts.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare case files for depositions and trials in a fast-paced environment. This onsite position in Valdosta, GA requires meticulous attention to deadlines and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal in litigation, preferably personal injury.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting pleadings and motions.
• Familiarity with personal injury litigation procedures and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with confidential information.
• Proficient with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial tasks.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence such as medical records and witness statements.
• Draft and prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• File and manage documents in court and monitor procedural deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and experts to obtain information.
• Review and summarize medical records and case-related documents.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage the discovery process.
• Organize case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain case management systems with deadlines and correspondence.
• Communicate case status updates to clients and schedule appointments.
• Support trial preparation with organization of exhibits and notebooks.
