Farah & Farah in Savannah, GA, seeks a Pre-Suit Legal Assistant to support case managers and attorneys from intake through demand and resolution. You will organize case files, gather records, manage deadlines, and help prepare pleadings and correspondence in a fast-paced personal injury practice.

The role emphasizes accurate document handling, client communication, and office administration, including scheduling, data entry, and file management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in personal injury law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend onsite meetings with clients, case managers, or attorney.
• Open new case files and input data into case management software.
• Manage onsite files and maintain calendars and scheduling.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and faxes.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as appropriate.
• Maintain and update contact information databases.
• Provide general administrative support to the pre-litigation team.
