Interim HealthCare is seeking a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver to help seniors in Gordon County, GA live safely at home with compassionate care and reliable support.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and document care while maintaining client comfort and dignity. Training and certification help are available; CPR/First Aid and TB screening are required; a GA driver’s license and vehicle are recommended.

Competenze

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Personal Care Assistant Certificate in GA (employer can assist with certification).
• One year of experience in a healthcare role (preferred).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (and TB screening within 12 months).
• Valid GA driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for transportation.

Mansioni

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

As a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

A few must-haves for Personal Care Aides/Caregivers:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and Personal Care Assistant Certificate in GA (employer can assist with certification)

• Current hands-on CPR and First Aid certification and current TB Screening (within 12 months)
• Valid GA driver’s license, auto insurance and personal vehicle for transportation
