Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required.
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.
• Must comply with all applicable banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional client interactions focusing on accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactional needs: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, negotiable items, loan payments.
• Educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM banking) to promote self-service adoption.
• Build and grow client relationships through high-quality, personalized interactions, in-person and via outbound calls.
• Refer clients to internal business partners as financial needs are identified.
• Support Financial Center operations, including opening/closing procedures, vault management, and balancing.
• Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection and overrides while maintaining balancing standards.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards.
