Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, and loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests, account maintenance, and service charge inquiries with product knowledge.
• Build and grow client relationships through in-person and outbound outreach.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to promote self-service adoption.
• Refer clients to internal partners when financial needs are identified.
• Support branch operations including opening/closing, vault management, balancing.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards at all times.
