You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments while promoting digital banking tools. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and prior cash-handling experience, with preference for sales/referral skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required.
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.
• Must comply with all applicable banking laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver accurate and timely client interactions with emphasis on service and risk mitigation.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, and loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests and maintain account information with product knowledge.
• Build client relationships through in-person and outbound calls.
• Promote digital banking solutions for convenience and self-service adoption.
• Refer clients to internal partners for financial needs.
• Assist in branch operations, including vault, balancing, and opening/closing procedures.
• Support risk management, security, and loss prevention standards.
• Greet and guide clients in the lobby and manage client traffic.
