Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build and deepen customer relationships by explaining financial products and guiding clients to suitable services. You will open accounts, process loan applications, and promote digital banking options while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling experience, and the ability to market bank products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• One year of prior banking experience.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Prior consultative sales experience.
• Must be able to market bank products and services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple banking software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Get to know customers, educate them on financial needs, and recommend appropriate products and services through in-person interactions and outbound calls.
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance; promote digital banking services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
