Qualifications

• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or related role.
• 6+ Months Demonstrated Santander experience related to this role.
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in high-volume environment.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer financial needs across transactional, servicing and product areas.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
