Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED: or equivalent - Required
• Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services - Required
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or related role with proven success - Required
• 6+ Months Experience with Santander-related functions or endorsements - Required
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in high-volume environment - Required
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience - Required
• Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills
• Proficient in using digital tools and technology to engage customers

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of customers through transactional, servicing, and product support
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and drive performance
• Ensure an elevated customer experience with personalized service
• Handle teller transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options
