Qualifications

• 3+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ Months experience in Retail Banking sales or related field with proven success in establishing new customers and delivering results.
• 12+ Months demonstrated Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities of the Relationship Banker role.
• 12+ Months Customer service experience within a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Established relationship-building skills focusing on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
