Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries, with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring recommendations to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance obligations.
• High school degree or equivalent; regulatory licensing requirements following hiring.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and provide appropriate banking recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
