Job summary

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships, applying financial knowledge to tailor solutions and enhance the branch experience. Qualifications include 1+ year sales in Retail Banking or related fields, excellent communication, and ability to work weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to explain features and benefits of banking products to diverse clients.
• Commitment to adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients to use Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for their banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and coordinate with team of experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
