Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Relationship Banker to lead client relationships in a Chase Branch, delivering welcoming service with modern banking tools. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailoring financial solutions to their needs while upholding compliance and risk controls.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, strong communication skills, and licensing requirements or a plan to obtain them within 180 days of hire. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions with diverse clients
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63+ if required), and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days of hire
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients with specialists for complex needs
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
