Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, provide attentive service, and help them achieve their financial goals. You will open and service accounts, educate customers on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and collaborate with branch staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will build trusted relationships, handle day-to-day banking needs, and contribute to branch operations while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements, in a friendly, inclusive environment.

• Cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, welcome them into the branch, manage lobby flow, check clients in, and schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to reach financial goals.
• Support branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies and procedures.
