Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Client service experience or comparable experience
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients
• Ability to engage clients and exceed expectations
• Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions
• Cash handling experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
