Job summary

PNC's South Bend Central branch in South Bend, IN is seeking a Personal Banker to build and deepen customer relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service in a busy branch environment.

You will engage customers, educate them on digital tools, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow wallet share while maintaining strong risk controls and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent and related experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• No required certifications.
• Background checks required per CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
