You will engage with clients via lobby interactions, outbound calls, and appointments, applying PNC solutions to meet needs while maintaining risk controls. The position supports branch operations and collaboration with ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree typically required, plus related experience.
• 3+ years in retail banking or equivalent role preferred.
• Experience with sales and service processes in a banking environment.

Responsabilités

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience and identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
