Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular Teller role in Florida. The position focuses on delivering timely, accurate client transactions and maintaining records while offering superior service and identifying client financial needs.

Role includes cross-training to support sales and outbound calling, with emphasis on outbound client outreach and integration with IRM activities. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work with digital banking tools, and adapt to branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Weekends and extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and conducting transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
