Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and conduct complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options including ATMs Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by client outreach, checking offers, and referring needs to branch team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, offering appropriate products and services.
