Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular Teller role in the United States, Florida. You will deliver timely, accurate client transactions and maintain records while exploring client financial needs.

You will cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calls and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with clients
• Proficient PC and banking software skills; ability to multi-task
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing; ability to work weekends/extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by guiding clients through transactions and conversations.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts to serve clients.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing training to improve service.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution; handle branch workloads.
