Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a client-oriented teller with strong interpersonal skills to provide efficient, accurate handling of client transactions. The role emphasizes delivering superior service, promoting digital banking, and supporting the branch sales process.

Candidates should have at least two years of teller or client service experience, be comfortable with PC-based tools, and be able to multitask under time constraints. Weekend and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform complex and standardized transactions while uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Assist team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and referring clients to branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advance product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay current with policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload as branch demands require
