Job summary

Truist Wealth in Florida seeks a Regular Teller/Client Service Representative to provide timely client transactions, maintain precise records, and ensure accurate handling of all monies while delivering superior service.

You will educate clients on digital banking, support the sales process, uphold internal controls, and participate in training to advance product knowledge and branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile Banking).
• Support team sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training to advance knowledge.
