The position requires a high school diploma and experience in teller or client service, with opportunities to grow in relationship-building and sales while utilizing digital banking tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and possible locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by contacting clients and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training programs.
• Advance knowledge of products to better serve clients.
• Adhere to controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
