Job summary

Truist in the United States (Florida, Miami area) seeks a Regular, full-time teller/retail service associate. The role focuses on delivering timely transactions, building client relationships, and promoting digital self-service options such as Online and Mobile banking.

You will cross-train to support sales, service activities, and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives while adhering to policies, procedures, and branch goals. Weekend/hours flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; some weekend/extended hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level during transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling branch workload.
