Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch teammate who thrives on helping customers with everyday financial needs and long-term planning. You will listen, ask questions, and tailor products to fit individual goals while guiding customers through digital banking options and in-branch services.

You will work to strengthen relationships, process transactions accurately, and support a broad range of needs from lending to investments, with flexibility for weekend/evening shifts as branch hours require.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Meet and comply with pre-employment screening checks and obtain a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to customers based on needs and goals.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing solutions.
• Promote digital and mobile banking tools and help customers use them effectively.
• Collaborate with bank partners to handle more complex financial needs and schedule checkups.
