Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products.
• Skills using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions (spending, saving, borrowing, investing).
• Help customers set financial goals and suggest tailored solutions.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and ATM usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
