Citizens Bankers in Hudson, NH is seeking a friendly, outgoing Banking Associate to help customers with financial solutions, open accounts, and promote digital banking. You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams while adhering to all policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products and services through in‑person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem‑solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration
• Self‑motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre‑employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and solutions to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Offer tailored planning for goals like home buying and future planning.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking options via app/ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and regulatory requirements.
