Citizens Bank in New York State is seeking a friendly, outgoing branch associate to build relationships with customers. You will provide trusted advice, handle daily banking needs, and promote digital and mobile banking options.

In this full-time role, you will earn starting pay of $25 per hour with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits. You will work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed, while following all regulatory guidelines and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs and build relationships.
• Proven success in recommending and referring products.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Problem solving and solution delivery skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask.
• Branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking apps.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule appointments.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
