Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
- Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services
- Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
- Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Strengthen relationships with teammates and partners through collaboration
- Self-motivated and able to multitask
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier requirements
- Video interview assessment within 7 days of applying
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with financial solutions and advice
- Explain digital/mobile banking options and app usage
- Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams
- Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups
- Follow all financial policies including cash handling and regulatory standards
