Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Citizens Bankers who enjoy helping customers with their financial goals. You’ll listen to client needs, recommend tailored solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing, and introduce digital and mobile banking tools to enhance convenience.

You’ll build lasting relationships, handle branch duties, and may work weekends/evenings. A high school diploma and sales/customer service experience are required. Starting pay is $25/hour with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with partners to help customers with more complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
