Citizens in Hudson, NH is seeking a customer-focused representative who enjoys helping others while building relationships. You'll provide financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing, using digital and mobile banking tools.

You'll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to tailor recommendations, make outbound calls to engage new customers, and schedule checkups. Compliance and cash handling are essential as you grow with the bank.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and ask the right questions.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products.
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Collaborative across teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• SAFE Act pre-employment screening and obtaining NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Support spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling, and regulatory requirements.
