Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring to greet customers in lobbies and help them complete simple transactions using our mobile app or ATMs. You will provide personalized advice to help customers reach financial goals and coordinate with Bankers for next steps.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong listening, and the ability to respond to questions while following all policies and regulations. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months or more experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• 1 year customer experience with product recommendations.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Able to ask questions to identify needs and build relationships.
• Problem solving and customer-focused.
• Comfortable with using digital tech to support goals.
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage for simple tasks.
• Provide personalized advice aligned with financial goals and connect to Bankers.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling, and regulations.
