Job summary

Citizens Bankers at Citizens is looking for a people-oriented individual to help customers with financial solutions and trusted advice. You will build relationships, promote digital banking, and collaborate with partners to address complex needs.

Expect 40 hours per week with possible weekends/evenings. Starting salary is $25/hour and up, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the branch network.

Qualifications

2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs
Proven success building relationships and cross-selling
Proficient with digital banking tools and apps
Able to multitask and work with teams
Capable of weekend/evening hours
SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier required

Responsibilities

Assist customers with financial solutions and advice
Provide recommendations for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
Help customers plan for goals like home buying or education
Introduce digital/mobile banking options and assist with transactions
Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking teams
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule appointments
