Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, helping customers with their everyday financial needs. You’ll build relationships by providing trusted advice and guiding clients toward appropriate solutions and digital banking options.

As a Branch Associate, you’ll use strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing, while collaborating with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to meet complex needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products in person and by phone.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Problem solving and able to provide solutions to customer issues.
• Strong collaboration with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Complete SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtain NMLS identifier; video interview after applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Help customers with opening accounts and using digital/mobile banking.
• Meet customers' personal financial goals with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams as needed.
