Citizens Bankers is seeking a customer-focused associate to advise on financial solutions and build lasting relationships with clients at the branch. You will help customers manage spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs while guiding them to digital banking options through our app and ATMs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and sales abilities, with a requirement to work flexible branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products and services via in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Build relationships, understand personal financial goals, and tailor solutions to help achieve them.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking via the app or ATMs; collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups; adhere to all policies and cash handling rules.
