Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a people-oriented professional to help customers with financial decisions, from everyday banking to longer-term planning. You’ll advise on spending, saving, borrowing, and investing, while guiding clients to digital and mobile banking options.

The role involves collaboration with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for more complex needs. You will also engage in outbound outreach, build lasting relationships, and support customers across various product

Qualifications

High School degree or GED required.
2 years of sales and customer service experience.
Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.
Proven success in building relationships and referring products/services.
Demonstrated skills using digital technology to support business goals.
Self-motivated, able to multitask and meet branch hours.
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
Help customers achieve personal financial goals and tailor product recommendations.
Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking apps and ATMs.
Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
