You will engage with customers in person and via phone, and collaborate with partners to meet complex needs. Starting salary is $25 per hour with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve relationships.
• Proven track record of building relationships and cross-selling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for financial guidance.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and flexible to branch hours.
• Willingness to complete SAFE Act pre-employment screenings and NMLS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to mobile and digital banking channels.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, including cash handling and regulatory requirements.
