Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products via in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide trusted financial guidance.
• Offer recommendations across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking channels (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies and cash handling rules.
