• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in an assigned book of business through proactive outreach in person, over the phone, or other channels.
• Use a consultative approach with customers to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and problems resolved.
• Analyze customer credit data and other financial information to align solutions with needs.
• Provide customer support reinforcing the value of current and new technology.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Other duties as assigned
