Qualifications

• Sales experience required; financial industry experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment via the NMLS is required.
• Strong communication and business acumen are expected.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by building and maintaining relationships in an assigned book of business through proactive outreach.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and tailor solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer needs and resolve problems.
• Analyze customer credit data to align solutions with their needs.
• Provide support reinforcing the value of current and new technology.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
