Zusammenfassung

UMB Bank seeks a Personal Banker to build strong customer relationships and recommend financial products. You’ll develop a loan pipeline, cross‑sell loans and referrals, and expand UMB’s customer base through networking and proactive outreach.

Trainings on UMB products and sales processes will be provided. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy team environment while focusing on delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or related experience.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Good math skills and problem solving within risk parameters.

Aufgaben

• Solicit and convert customer interactions into opportunities to meet financial goals.
• Build and manage a loan pipeline with cross‑selling home equity loans, auto loans, personal loans, and mortgage referrals.
• Source consumer lending opportunities through networking, conversations, and referrals.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and compliance with industry standards.
• Aim to exceed daily KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
