Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail banking sales experience or related.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Ability to learn products, services quickly and accurately.
• Basic math and problem solving within risk tolerances.
• Strong ability to build relationships and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Asks personalized questions to learn customer goals and connect them to solutions.
• Builds loan pipeline and focuses on cross-selling home equity loans, personal loans, auto loans, mortgage referrals.
• Creates sales opportunities and grows customer base through networking and proactive sourcing.
• Follows processes for transactions, cash drawer, and bank documentation per standards.
• Meets daily KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
