Fifth Third Bank in Oak Park, Michigan is seeking candidates for its Retail Personal Banker I program. Selected individuals join a 4–8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

As a Financial Center team member, you will engage customers using consultative sales, build relationships, and process teller transactions while traveling for training as needed.

Qualificações

• Sales experience to acquire new households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Strong numerical ability for analyzing credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Process teller transactions and support platform staff operations.
• Partner with mortgage, small business, and other teams to refer customers for holistic solutions.
