Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumers and cross-sell to existing customers.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communications.
Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.
S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose suitable solutions.
Reach out to customers using CAMP and other tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
Cross-sell and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
Build relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic financial solutions.
Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; support revenue growth.
