Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Float Personal Banker I in the Cincinnati East region. The program includes onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to perform a Retail Personal Banker role.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new households or cross-sell.
• Must understand advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment via NMLS is required.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers using CAMP and other tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish strong relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior and adhere to policies.
