Responsibilities

• Know Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and set reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Aim to meet or exceed customer experience and revenue goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referrals.
• Participate in opening/closing of center per manager.
