Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers with sales activities.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer needs and build profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and upsell appropriately.
• Reach out to customers using approved tools to set financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Assist with opening/servicing Retail products and loans when needed.
